During an installation of U447719, the following error appears:
/etc/trcfmt: Too Many levels of symbolic links
In /etc, check if the file trcfmt is linked to itself. If it is, remove /etc/trcfmt and then copy the file from /usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/etc/trcfmt.
The installation should now work fine.
