SMIT Does Not Start -- Missing Symbol G_DONT_USE_QUOTE

Environment

Problem

SMIT cannot be run because the library G_DONT_USE_QUOTE is missing. The exact errors are:

	0509-037 System error - error data is: smitty
	0509-023 Symbol G_DONT_USE_QUOTE in ksh is undefined
	0509-026 system error cannot run a file that does not have a valid

Solution

For SMIT, install fix IX55132. For MSMIT, install fix IX55133.
