oslevel Reports 4.2.1.0 as Root but 4.2.0.0 as User

Environment

Problem

When a user runs oslevel as root, it reports 4.2.1, but when the user is logged in as a user, oslevel reports 4.2.0.0.

Solution

There is something wrong with the .profile of the users. Create a brand new user, xxx, using the following command:

	mkuser xxx

Then create the password for xxx. Log in as that user and run oslevel. It should report 4.2.1.0.
