Error "0516-062" When Restoring a mksysb

Environment

OS Level: AIX Version 4.1.4
Type/Model: 990

Problem

While restoring a mksysb, the following errors are displayed: 
        0516-062 /usr/sbin/lqueryvg unable to read or write logical volume
        manager record.  PV may be permanently corrupted.  Run Diagnostics

        expr: 0402-050 syntax error

Solution

The lqueryvg command in mkszfile is incorrect.

The fix IX52409 corrects this problem. After this fix is installed in the system, a new mksysb tape should be created.
